Located in the prestigious Anahita Golf Resort estate on the east coast of Mauritius, this 850m2 architect-designed villa with a unique design, designed by a renowned architect, offers very high-end and quality services. Located on landscaped grounds of nearly 3,000m2, it has a breathtaking view of all the mountains from all rooms and a view of the sea and Ile aux Cerfs from the roof terraces and the garden.
It is equipped with a 21m long infinity pool, a large 200 m2 garage, an elevator, sports equipment, a massage room, 4 comfortable master suites each with their own bathroom. bathroom, toilet and dressing room, a large living room of 200m2 with a ceiling height of almost 5m including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, a superb library and a mezzanine, as well as a large studio independent with all comfort.
The greatest care was taken in the choice of materials (marble, solid wood, etc.) and sanitary equipment and household appliances. All the furniture was made to measure by Mauritian artisans, respecting local know-how.
Finally, the roof terrace of more than 500m2 decorated with an outdoor lounge, a pergola and colored LED lighting, offers a clear view of part of the island as well as Ile aux Cerfs. and the sea.
The landscaped garden is home to, in addition to local species, numerous fruit trees: papaya trees, banana trees, coconut trees, passion fruit, avocado trees, etc.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Shanti. The hosts are very pleasant and respond quickly by message. The villa is sublime, decorated with great taste and has a private elevator. The landscaped garden is rich in exotic fruit trees (banana, papaya, etc.). The massage room is a real plus after busy days and the gym is well stocked with machines. We highly recommend this villa and will return during our next stay in Mauritius.
